Annual & Special General Meetings
The West Northumberland Community Buildings Consortium (WNCBC) was formally set up at an inaugural meeting in Humshaugh Village Hall on the 4th of May, 2008, following a series of meetings in 2007 and 2008. WNCBC holds an Annual General Meeting every year (with the exception of 2020, when restrictions due to COVID prevented it).
Other Special General Meetings are held from time to time and the minutes of all AGMs and SGMs over the course of the last 3 years are available below, along with all the relevant Annual Reports.
The minutes of all AGMs since the Consortium was set up in 2008 are available if you would like electronic copies on request. Please email Sarah and ask for those minutes you would like to have copies of. You may also request paper copies of the minutes but if you require hard copies, WNCBC will make a small charge to cover the cost of paper, printing and postage, payable before the hard copies are posted.
